Jon Pelcin - Excellence in Customer Service and Delivery

Jon Edward Pelcin is a dedicated customer service and delivery professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability, organization, and community engagement. Since 2022, he has worked as a delivery driver for DoorDash, serving customers throughout New York. In this role, Monroe resident Jon Pelcin delivers restaurant and grocery orders while maintaining exceptional service standards. His outstanding performance has earned him Gold Status, a 92 percent acceptance rate, a 99 percent completion rate, an 85 percent on-time or early delivery rate, and a perfect five-star customer rating across more than 230 deliveries.

Before joining DoorDash, Jon Edward Pelcin worked as a delivery driver for Roadie, where he completed grocery deliveries for Walmart customers. He also gained valuable customer service experience as a customer service aide at Walmart and as a Sanitation Station Attendant at BJ's Wholesale Club during the COVID-19 pandemic, assisting customers and helping maintain a safe shopping environment.

Jon Pelcin is currently pursuing an associate of arts degree in psychology at Rockland Community College. In recognition of his leadership potential and academic achievements, he was nominated to the National Society of Leadership and Success in 2024 and 2025. A graduate of Monroe-Woodbury High School, he was active in athletics and music, serving as captain of the Unified Basketball Team, participating in cross-country, and performing in both concert and pep bands.
